新型复合硼酸酯环保型防锈切削液的研制

摘    要:以硼酸、二乙醇胺为原料合成硼酸二乙醇胺酯作为防锈剂的主要成分,采用正交试验法优化出该防锈剂的最佳组分比.通过对该防锈剂等配制成的切削液采用铸铁屑滤纸法和质量失重法研究表明,该切削液具有优良的防锈和耐腐蚀性能,对环保型水基切削液的推广具有重要意义.

Abstract:Diethanolamine borate,as the main ingredient of anti-rust additive,was synthesized by boric acid and diethanolamine.The optimal proportion of the anti-rust additive was optimized by the orthogonal test method.The cutting fluid is composed of both the anti-rust additive and other ingredients.It is investigated by methods of weightlessness and cast iron chip filter paper.The result indicates that the cutting fluid shows good performances of rust prevention and corrosion prevention.This study offers significant sights into the environment-friendly cutting fluid.
