摘    要:针对传统车辆称重装置存在的不足,开发了一种车辆电容称重装置,其核心部件电容称重传感器,根据电容变化情况反映出车辆载荷大小.文章中从结构设计、称重原理对车辆电容称重(装置)传感器作了介绍,重点讨论了动态性能测试过程,并从理论上加以分析,测试分析得到了称重结果与速度及加速度无关的结果.该装置不仅适用于静态测量,同时适用于动态测量.

Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of the present method of vehicle weighing,a kind of traffic weighing device is developed.The primary part is capacitance weighing sensor.The change of capacitance reflects its load.In this paper,the device's structure design and easuring principle are introduced,and the process of dynamic meterage is discussed mainly by experimentation and theory.The analysis shows outcome of meterage to be independent of velocity and acceleration of voiture.It is the same with static meterage and dynamic meterage.
