| 摘 要： | 当前,我国农村基层学习型党组织建设活动中存在着一些难题。要搞好农村基层学习型党组织的建设工作,必须遵循以下原则：树立先进的学习理念,注重学习实效,拓展学习领域,完善学习形式;必须把握好以下几个着力点：与党的其他建设活动有机结合起来,坚持个体学习与组织学习相统一,加大对农村基层党组织的学习投入,正确开展学习绩效评估活动,形成良好的学习激励机制。
