| 摘 要： | 以华能鹤岗发电厂三期扩建工程为例,对水资源论证报告中的主要部分:地表水资源、水质、水量以及开发利用现状,取用水合理性,取水水资源论证以及取退水影响等进行了详细论述.建设项目水资源论证工作的开展对申请办理取水许可行政审批,提供了科学、公正、合理的技术决策支持.本文为建设项目水资源论证工作提供了一个典型的范例.

| Abstract: | This paper relates the purpose,significance of the thesis on water resources in the development of construction project and elaborates the main parts of the demonstration reports on water resources,including surface water resources,water quality,water amount,the condition of development,rationalization of intake and the effect of returning water,taking the third phase of extention of Huaneng Hegang Electric Station as an example.The demonstration offers a scientific,feur,reasonable poticy-decision support for the application of administrative examination and approval of water intake. |
