| 摘 要： | 新《体育与健康课程标准》的颁布与实施,是在学校体育无法与现实相统一的缺陷中兴起和发展的.由于从课程改革到实践行为并非是一个简单的实施过程,存在着从已然、应然到实然的差异递进性的认知变革与不断创新的过程.把围绕新一轮基础教育课程改革以来在课程观、知识观、学习观、教学观方面的论争作一梳理,揭示其积极变化和努力的方向,寻绎制约新课改发展瓶颈的不同成因和实质演进的关联.目的是为更好地发挥新课程的"潜能",扩大新课程系统的张力.这对于更好地促进学校体育新课程的运行与发展无疑有着积极的意义.
