我国民事诉讼费用制度的发展与完善

改革开放的三十年来，我国的民事诉讼费用制度经历了一个从无到有，逐渐发展和完善的过程。现行讼费规则体现了对当事人诉权的进一步保障，促进了法院司法功能的全面发挥，有利于司法公正的实现。但是，将诉讼费用制定权收归人大及其常委会，树立诉讼费用规则适时调整理念，扩大司法救助的范围等，仍是今后诉讼费用制度完善的目标。

The Development and Improvement of China's Civil Litigation Charge System

Since 30 years＇ reform and opening up, China＇s civil litigation charge system has gone through a gradual development and the process of perfection. The present litigation charge system reflects the further protection of the party＇s right promotes the all-round play of the justice function, and helps to achieve justice. However, the fight to decide the litigation charge regulations was in the hands of the National People＇s Congress and its Standing Committee. But the system should be adjusted according to the time and the scope of judicial relief should be enlarged, which are the aim of the system perfection.
