| 摘 要： | ＺＹＰ型重力开关式永磁吸盘主要是利用磁钢本身的吸力特性和吊钩升降的机械动作来装卸重物。它不仅克服了电磁吸盘存在的断电保护，磁滞及拖览作业等缺点，而且具有无电作业，无漏磁及抗外电磁干扰等特点，工业应用表明其性能稳定，吸盘关闭后无铁屑吸附，是冶金，造船与机加等行业经济实用的磁性起重器。

| Abstract: | t is successful for the Permanent Magnetic-lifter with Self-switch to be trial-manufactured recently in Xingya Electrical Ld. Co., Anshan. It overcomes the security against cutting-off,magnetic hystersis and the operation with dragging cable existed in the electromagnets.It is switch on-off by which the magnetic system in this magnentic-lifter is controlled to form the open magnetic-circuit or the closed ones in order to realize to lift or detach from the weighty bodies. And the magnetic-lifter is switched on or off by the lifting movement of a Crane.Compared with the similar products, i.e., Reversible Crane Magnet, Battery-operated Magnetic-lifter,etc., this Magnetic-lifter has these advantages: operation without any electrical source, no leakage of magnetic flux, resistance to the interruption of electromagnetic fields. The tests carried by authority indicate that the requirements of this product's Standard are satisfied, its work capacity being stable, safty co-efficient reaching to 1.6 (for steel block) and no scrap attached to the working face after switched off. |
