| 摘 要： | 仔细考察了知识经济条件下企业知识管理过程中的条件、诱因、动力、前途等要素 ,发现了企业知识管理过程中的自组织特征 ,并据此结合知识管理的理论和实践 ,运用系统科学的自组织观点加以分析论证 ,得出科学的结论。

| Abstract: | The authors firstly convey the elements in the course of knowledge management such as condition,inducement,drive and future of development.It was found that there are self organization characters existing in knowledge management.The courses of knowledge management were analysed by using knowledge management theory and system science theory, and several convincing conclusions were drawn. |
