| 摘 要： | 提出一种海杂波背景下雷达回波数据处理的设计方案:即不改变原始数据动态特性基础上对其进行预处理,再检验数据的混沌性,最后利用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络作为预测器,对目标有无进行判断。通过实验表明,该方案可以提高海杂波背景下雷达的探测能力。

| Abstract: | A method is put forward to process radar backscatter data under chaos sea clutter.First the raw data is preproced without changing its original dynamic property,then the chaoic characteristics of processed data is detected.At last the RBF network is taken as pre-detection to extract target from sea clutter.It is showed by experiment that the method may improve radar detectting capability under sea clutter. |
