湘西低等植物野菜资源及其开发利用

湘西低等植物野菜资源丰富 ,共有 35科 6 6属 12 9种 ,其基本特点是 :(1)种类众多 ,优势科明显 ;(2 )分布零散、林地生种类及夏秋季种类突出 ;(3)营养丰富 ,开发潜力大。鉴于过去湘西低等植物野菜开发利用的种类很少 ,方式简单 ,存在的问题突出等 ,指出当前应在查清资源的基础上一方面组织力量尽快开发 ,另一方面深入开展科学研究

Studies on the Current Situation for the Reserach and Exploition of Wild Vegetable of Lower Plant in West-Hunan,Hunan,China

West-Hunan is very rich in wild vegetable resources of lower plant,with 35 families,66 genera and 129 species. They distribute naturally in whole or some regions, most of them has being appeared in summer and autum,a lot of species are very high in nutritional value and some species have good medical value. The dominant family are Russulaaceae,Tricholomataceae,Boletaceas,Agaricaceae,Pleurotaceae. In view of some importantly problems about exploitation at present,authores thought that we must exploit as quickly as possible at one side,and the other side,we must launch scientific research to the resources.
