地方院校实行班级导师制探讨

地方院校实行班级导师制，即指定教师在课外对指定班级进行育人工作，有利于促进大学生的学习，提高教学效果；有利于学生身心健康发展，提高学生的思想道德素质。导师工作的主要内容是进行思想政治教育，进行专业思想教育，指导学生学习方法，指导学生选课、选读课外书籍。班级导师的工作要求是爱岗敬业，尽心尽责，以身作则；满腔热情，积极疏导，视生为友；合理安排工作时间，掌握导师工作规律；处理好导师与班主任或辅导员的关系。

The implementation of class tutorial system in the local colleges and institutes,i.e.to appoint teachers to carry out moral education on the appointed classes out class,is favorable for promoting students' study and improving the teaching effect.It is also favorable for students' healthy physical and mental development and the improvement of their ideological and ethical quality.The major contents of tutorial system include carrying out ideological and political education and specialized ideological education,teaching students learning methods and guiding students to choose subjects and extracurricular books.Tutors should love their jobs and be dedicated to their profession,try their best to do their duties,set a good example with their own conducts,be enthusiastic with their students,actively guide students,consider them as friends,reasonably arrange working time,master the tutors' working law and correctly treat the relation between tutors and class advisors and instructors.
