摘    要:选用膛线起始部径向磨损量作为衡量身管使用寿命的判别参数,并通过试验数据进行了验证。以身管材料PCr Ni Mo钢制作销试样,以弹带材料96黄铜制作盘试样,在MMS-1G型销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验。模拟高温、高压和高速下弹带与膛线之间的磨损过程,测定不同滑动速度、接触压力和温度下PCr Ni Mo钢的磨损规律。采用经典内弹道公式计算滑动速度。建立弹带挤进膛线过程的有限元模型,选取膛线起始部不同部位的关键分析点,仿真其接触应力变化规律。在获取滑动速度和接触应力的基础上,生成膛线起始部各分析点的磨损速率和单发磨损量,为进一步预测身管寿命奠定良好的基础。

Abstract:Radial wear loss of rifle initial part is selected as the judgment parameter of barrel service life. The availability is verified by test data of a certain large-caliber gun. PCrNiMo steel is used to produce pin samples and yellow brass is used to produce disc samples. Tribological test based on MMS-1G pin-on-disk tribological tester is carried out to simulate the wear process between driving band and rifle under high-temperature, high-pressure and high-velocity conditions. The wear rules of PCrNiMo steel under different sliding velocity, contacting pressure and temperature can be obtained. Classical interior ballistics formulas are adopted to calculate the sliding velocities. The engraving finite-element model of driving band into land is established. The key points on different positions of land initial part are selected to simulate the change rules of contacting stress. According to the sliding velocities and contacting stress, the wear speed and wear loss of every analysis point can be obtained, which provide solid basis for barrel life prediction.
