BTA深孔钻削加工过程的动力学建模

摘    要:以BTA单刃內排屑深孔钻为例,通过分析再生颤振机理,建立深孔钻削的瞬态切削厚度模型。瞬时切削厚度的变化直接影响到动态切削力的变化,从而建立深孔钻削的动态切削力模型。分析模型,得出振动稳定性的临界条件,为实际BTA深孔钻削加工提供指导。

Abstract:By analyzing the mechanism of regeneration chatter, and choosing the processing method of work-piece rotating and tool feeding movement. Build the instantaneous cutting thickness modeling of drilling based on single boring and trepanning association (BTA). The changing cutting thickness influences the dynamic cutting force directly, further develop the model of dynamic cutting force, work out the boundary condition of vibration stability based on the model, provide guidance for practice.
