| 摘 要： | 为获取抽提水溞基因组DNA的最适方法,本研究采用酚-氯仿法,CTAB法和试剂盒法3种方法提取水溞基因组DNA,并用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测DNA提取的效果.结果表明3种DNA提取方法均获得较好的DNA,其中试剂盒方法提取的DNA最为理想,完全可满足后续分子生物学实验.

| Abstract: | In order to obtain the best method of extracting genomic DNA from Daphnia,we extracted genomic DNA from Daphnia by phenol-chloroform,CTAB and kit.DNA quality was detected by agar gel electrophoresis.The results demonstrate that the quality of DNA extracted by kit is better than other methods,and this can provide help for later molecular research. |
