| 摘 要： | 社会体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分,它关乎人民体质的增强、健康水平的提高和生活质量的改善.社会体育实验课程体系在高校教育教学过程中起重要作用.通过调查分析,总结目前社会体育专业实验课程设置的现状,提出改革意见和建议,为构建符合市场需求的社会体育实验课程体系提供理论参考.

| Abstract: | Social sports is an important component of Chinese sports.It has related to the people' s physique enhancement,health and quality of life improvement.Social sports experimental teaching system plays an important role during higher education.The study is designed to investigate and analyze the set status of social sports experiment courses,then give reform views in order to supply theory of reference which can make experimental teaching system meet market demand. |
