| 摘 要： | 以教育创新理论为指导，在充分认识学风建设的意义基础上，通过对北京联合大学各学院2000余名学生的学风调研活动，对学校目前学风建设的现状和存在的问题进行了较深入的分析。针对学生的学风特点和问题，在认真总结学风建设的成功经验的基础上，提出了创新学风建设的新思路和新举措，以期更好地推进学风建设，切实提高人才培养的质量。
