激光铣削物理过程研究

摘    要:研究激光铣削物理过程,定量分析了喷射物质的反冲压力的大小,建立了激光铣削多余物质的排出物理模型,通过观察熔体喷射状况,并利用高速摄影仪对其喷射过程进行拍摄,验证了激光铣削模型的正确性.在此基础上研究了蒸汽反冲压力和辅助气体对熔体喷射速度的影响,分析了辅助气体压力对激光铣削速率和铣削面质量的影响机理.

Abstract:Based on the study of the physical process of the las er milling and the analysis of bounce-back pressure of the spout matters a model for discharging redundant matter was set up. The status of the spout of melt was observed, and the course of the spouting was typed by photography video with hi gh-speed to prove the correctness of the model for laser milling. The influence of steam bounce-back pressure and assistant gas on fused substance spout speed was studied. The influential mechanism of assistant gas on laser milling speed and the milling quality was analyzed.
