| 摘 要： | 选择180只,34周龄“京白823”母鸡,采用孕酮、孕酮+PMSG处理,以探讨提高鸡产蛋率的激素处理途径。试验结果,孕酮在每日每天0.02—0.05毫克时,可明显提高鸡产蛋率(P<0.01)。注射PMSG后,母鸡产蛋量明显增多,但多次重复处理可造成“钝化”现象。

| Abstract: | Progesterone and progesterone + PMSG were administrated to groups of hens from 180, 34-week-old jing bai 823, so as to find out the effects of hormones on egg production. Egg production were significantly improved (P<0.01) after the administration of 0.02-0.05 progesterone per day per hen. Single injection of PMSG had the active effect but multiple treatment had the negtive effect on egg production. |
