| 摘 要： | 静压桩成本低、质量好，是具有很大潜力的施工手段，与灌注桩相比有明显的经济效益，并且无噪声、无振动、无泥浆污染。本文介绍了白水荡小区改造工程是静压桩应用成功的实例。

| Abstract: | The Static - pressure pile has advantages of low cost, no noise, no vibration and no pollution compared withh the cast pile. The static - pressure piling is a poentially prondsing construction method. A case study is done as to the successful application of the static - pressure piles to the reeonstruction of a residential area. |
