强化管理,实现高校设备优质采购

Strengthen Management to Achieve High-quality Procurement of Equipments

This paper presents some measures of Southwest Jiaotong University while in high-quality procurement under a heavy task.Specific features include：enhancing learning,increasing understanding the importance and necessity of building anti-corruption,setting up a good ideas of high-quality procurement and anti-corruption.Standardizing procurement procedures and information,publishing the notices online,evaluation experts selected randomly.Equipment procurement files are very well preserves,establishing management platform for equipment procurement information.Improving the supervision mechanism,keeping a stand of process legitimacy,making the process transparent and supervise accurately,implementing the equipment verification system strictly.
