复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变70例临床分析

目的观察复方丹参滴丸对70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效.方法选取70例接受复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,采用电生理检查测神经肌电图中SSR的起始潜伏期及波幅.其中对照组使用维生素B1治疗,观察组使用复方丹参滴丸联合弥可保治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床症状表现以及神经传导情况.结果观察组患者的总有效率为85.7%,对照组患者的总有效率为57.1%,两组差异显著（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论复方丹参滴丸可显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变病症,提高神经传导速率,具有较高的安全性、可行性,值得临床广泛使用.

Clinical Analysis of 70 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills

Objective To summarize the curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of 70 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,to provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy undergoing the treatment of compound Danshen dripping pills were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the initial latency and amplitude of nerve EMG SSR in the electrophysiological examination were observed. Patients in the control group were treated with vitamin B1 and those in the observation group were treated with compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Methycobal. Symptoms and nerve conductions of patients in the both group were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 85. 7% and that in the control group was 57. 1%. The difference between the two group was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of compound Danshen dripping pills for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the symptoms and the nerve conduction velocity. Furthermore, it can not induce other complications and side effects,indicating that it is with a higher safety and viability,and worthy to be widely used.
