无创性宫腔镜检查60例临床分析

目的评价无创性宫腔镜检查的临床应用效果.方法观察组60例患者进行无创性宫腔镜检查,检查过程中不放置阴道窥器,不夹持宫颈,不扩张宫颈,闭合双侧小阴唇,低压膨宫;对照组60例行常规宫腔镜检查.分别记录2组患者手术时间、自觉疼痛程度.结果两组患者术后病理诊断符合率分别为92.1%和91.7%,观察组患者手术时间明显缩短,自觉疼痛症状轻微.结论无创性宫腔镜检查可减少患者检查过程中不适感,无需麻醉,手术时间缩短,效果良好,是有效的宫腔镜检查技术.

Clinical Application of Non-invasive Hysterocopy in 60 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of non-invasive hysteroscopy. Method 60 patients were examined with non-invasive diagnostic hysteroscopy. During the process of inspection, the vaginal speculum was not placed, the cervix was not hold, the cervix was not expanded, the bilateral labia minora was closed and the uterus was expanded with a low pressure. Another 60 patients inspected with the routine hysteroscopy were taken as control group. The operation time and pain degree of patients in two groups were recorded. Results The postoperative pathological diagnosis coincidence rate of patients in two groups were 92. 1% and 91. 7%, respectively, and there was no significant difference in it between them. The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and the patients in the observation group felt only some mild pain. Conclusion The examination with non-invasive hysteroseopy can reduce patients＇ discomfort, does not require for anesthesia, it can shorten the operation time, it is a valid hysteroscopy technology and its clinical effect is good.
