日本落叶松无性系种子园母树生长性状聚类分析

摘    要:以胸径、树高、冠幅、树高当年生长量等性状为指标,采用K-均值法对日本落叶松无性系种子园母树生长性状进行聚类分析.结果表明:龙坪、孟仁、土门岭、黑青山、帽儿山5个种源为优良种源.其中,龙坪种源的27,30,33,97,102,115,117,118,119,121,122,5,32,95,98,102,111,112,113,125号,孟仁种源的1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12,13,15,16,18,20号,土门岭种源的1,2,4,9,10,11号,黑青山种源的1,2,3,5,6,7,9,12,14,15,16,20号,帽儿山种源的3,4,6,9,10号为优良无性系.

Abstract:Cluster analysis was conducted to study on the DBH, height, crown width and current increment of height of Larix kaempferi seed trees in clone seed orchard by using K-means. The results indicate that Longping, Mengren,Tumen Mountain,Heiqing Mountain and Maoer Mountain are excellent provenances and 27,30,33,97, 102,115,117,118,119,121,122,5,32,95,98,102,111,112,113,125 in Longping,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12, 13,15,16,18,20 in Mengren,1,2,4,9,10,11 in Tumen Mountain,1,2,3,5,6,7,9,12,14,15,16,20 in Heiqing Mountain,3,4,6,9,10 in Maoer Mountain are excellent clones.
