| 摘 要： | 目的观察540 nm强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊红斑黑变病的治疗效果.方法采用540 nm强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊红斑黑变病5例,整个疗程6次治疗,每次治疗间隔21-42 d.结果面颈部毛囊红斑黑变病的患者症状均得到了改善,治愈率60%.结论 540 nm强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊红斑黑变病疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of intense pulsed light in the treatment of Erythromelanosis follicularis. Methods 5 patients with Erythromelanosis follicularis were treated with 540 nm intense pulsed light for 6 times during one course of treatment and with an interval for 21 -42 days after treatment. Results Symptoms of all the patients with erythromelanosis follicularis were improved and the effective rate was 60%. Conclusion 540 nm intense pulsed light used for the treatment of Erythromelanosis follicularis can markedly improve the curative effect. |
