胫骨远端内侧LCP内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折24例临床分析

目的探讨胫骨远端内侧LCP治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效.方法对24例胫骨中下段骨折采用胫骨远端内侧LCP手术内固定治疗.结果本组24例患者随访13~39个月,按Johner-Wruhs评分标准:优18例,良4例,可2例,无畸形愈合、骨不连、钢板外露、感染等并发症.结论胫骨远端内侧LCP允许以更"生物"的方式处理胫骨中下段骨折,最大限度地保留局部血供,促进骨折早期愈合,减少并发症发生.

Clinical Analysis of 24 Cases of Middle and Distal Tibial Fracture with LCP Internal Fixation of Distal Tibial Medial

Objective To study the efficacy of LCP （locking medial for treating middle and distal tibial fracture. Method compression plate） internal fixation of distal tibial 24 Cases of middle and distal tibial fracture were treated with LCP internal fixation of the distal tibial medial. Results By following 24 examples for 13 - 39 months,according to the standards of Johner-Wruhs as follows：iS eases are execllent,4 eases are good;2 eases are medium;there were no other complications such as malunion,nonunions,niekelclad exposure and infection at the same time. Conclusion LCP internal fixation can provide a more ＂biological＂ way to deal with the middle and distal tibial fracture, which ean retain the local blood supply to the utmost extent, accelerate the early healing of fracture and reduce the occurrence of its complications.
