摘    要:开发了一套在线式粒子图像测速系统(PIV),并用水杯中水涡流实验验证了系统的可靠性。利用该系统研究了旋流喷嘴射流的液滴运动速度,在线得到喷雾流场的双脉冲曝光数字化图像,即时用系统软件的图像分析模块进行分析,得到旋流喷雾场的两维速度分布,但在喷嘴近区域内得到不合理的速度结果,原因是该区域内液体未雾化成液滴,滴滴速度都小于理论喷射速度,且沿喷射方向呈减小趋势,表明液体在破碎成液滴后速度一直衰减,旋流喷嘴射流轴线中心区域速度有一极小值,在叶雾锥边界附近有一速度极大值。

Abstract:An online PIV system was newly developed and tested in measurements of swirling water velocity distribution in a water cup.The system was used to study the hollow swirling liquid spray from a pressurized swirling atomizer.The double pulsed digitized image of a spray flow field was obtained online,and the two dimensional velocity distribution of the moving droplet in the spray was obtained by analyzing the PIV image.Because the liquid has not broken up into droplets in the near field close to the outlet,a reasonable velocity vector was not obtained there.The droplet velocities were found lower than the theoretical injection speed,and getting lower in the injection direction.This means that the liquid is losing speed after break up.In the radius direction the droplet speed is the lowest at the center area,and reaches its maximum at the position near the border of the spray cone.
