| 摘 要： | 在文献6]中定义球团竖炉内“最佳”气流分布，界定其内涵，并提出了相应的实现途径，但途径的可行性和可控性不佳。基于此，在完善“最佳”气流分布定义和内涵的基础上，提出了一种新的理念：保证竖炉燃料热值，较大幅度地加大均热带高度，使焙烧风和冷却风各行其路，从而提高“最佳”气流分布的可行性和可控性．并提出了实施方法。

| Abstract: | In the other papers of the authors,desirable gas flow distribution in PSF(pelletizing shaft furnace)has been defined and the measures to control desirable gas flow distribution were put forward.However,as the measures were carried out through strict monitoring device,their feasibility and controllability are to be enhanced.In this paper,the definition of desirable gas flow distribution in PSF is improved,and a new idea to carry out the desirable gas flow distribution brought out.The new idea is: calorific value of the fuel should be guaranteed first,and then the height of soaking zone of PSF is to be increased greatly.! |
