| 摘 要： | D-氨基葡萄糖具有多种生物活性,其分子内有多个反应中心(4个-OH和1个-NH,)对其进行化学修饰后可广泛应用于生物医药领域.综述近年来氨基葡萄糖的化学合成和结构修饰方面的研究进展,着重介绍了化学修饰方法.

| Abstract: | D-glucosamine has biological activity,There are several reaction centers(four hydroxyls and one amido)in the molecule,its derivatives widely used in biology and medicine.The progress of the chemical synthesis and modification of glucosamine is reviewed in this paper. |
