振动作用下单螺杆挤出机内聚合物熔体的流动

摘    要:提出了一种求解二维耦合流场的有限差分数值模拟新方法,避免了求解压力Poisson方程。对振动力场作用下聚合物熔体在单螺杆挤出机螺槽内的流场进行了数值计算,得到了不同时刻螺槽内聚合物熔体的流动速度与剪切应力分布。结果表明,振动将导致螺槽内聚合物熔体的流动速度与剪切应力周期性变化,当振动扰动系数较大时,螺槽展开方向甚至会出现瞬时压力反流.最后,通过剪切应力的分布曲线证明本研究所得结果的正确性。

Abstract:A new finite difference method with numerical simulation to solve the two-dimension coupled flow field was proposed without solving the pressure Poisson equation. The flow field of polymer melt in the single screw extruder channel under the action of vibration force field was numerically calculated,thus obtaining the velocity and the shear stress distributions of the polymer melt in the channel at diffe~rent times. The results show that the vibration will result in a periodic variation of the velocity and shear stress in the channel,even an instantaneous pressure backflow in the extruding direction of the channel if the disturbance coefficient of the melt is even larger. The correctness of the results mentioned above was finally proved by the curve of the shear stress distribution.
