宽截面铝型材挤压导流模应用研究

摘    要:探讨了导流模内挤压铝型材的流动规律。提出了确定导流模最小厚度的理论依据。用流函数法确定了宽截面薄壁铝型材挤压变形动可容速度场、应变速率场及上限功率。讨论了变形程度、磨擦因子等参数对导流模最小理论厚度、挤压载荷的影响。得出薄壁型材导流模厚度的理论最小值。为导流模优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The flow characteristics in Aluminum shape extresion with the flow guide die added are analyzed. The flow function method is used to build the kinematically admissible velocity field, the strain rate field and the upper bound deformation power of wide section Aluminum shape extrusion. The effects of the parameters, such as deformation ratio, frictional factor, on limit height of flow guide die. The useful knowledege for die design can be obtained.
