"大学城"建设的分析、梳理和建议

当前知识经济的背景下,大学城建设成为一种建设热潮,而建成之后却存在一些缺憾,造成了理想与现实的脱节。文章通过对国内几座大学城的调研和作者长期深处校园的体会,并借鉴了国内外一些优秀的建设范例,对当前国内大学城存在的问题和不利倾向进行了分析和思考,最后结合自己的认识,提出了今后大学城建设应该注意的一些问题。

Discussion on the construction of "university towns" and some suggestions

Under the knowledge economy background,the construction of "university towns" had been a construction upsurge,but some general problems has arisen,thus resulting in disjunction of the ideal and reality.Based on the investigation into several domestic university towns and some successful instances from domestic and foreign outstanding models,some existing problems and disadvantageous trends are analyzed,and some issues that attention should be paid to in future construction are pointed out.
