汽车检测设备中二次仪表问题初探

摘    要:车辆检测要有检测仪器设备的硬件支持,国质检监2006]379号《机动车安全技术检验机构常规检验资格许可技术条件》中,提出了对检测仪器设备的具体要求,其中要求检测仪器设备应采用数字式二次仪表。文章通过阐述、剖析二次仪表的界定,初步提出解决问题的思路和方法。

The Investigation of the Secondary Instrument Issue in Vehicle Inspection Equipments

Abstract:Vehicle performance inspection is an important measure of enhancing vehicle technological administration. Vehicle inspection diagnostic technique is the important method of examining and identifying vehicle's technical condition and maintenance quality,as well as the important insurance of improving the maintenance technology and realizing the condition based maintenance. Since vehicle inspection requires the hardware support of the inspection instrument equipments,inspection agencies are also required to have those indispensable equipments to guarantee the vehicle inspection's normal operation work. Therefore according to the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ)'s "The Technical Requirement of Regular Inspection Qualifications for Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Agencies 2006]379" ,specific requirements are proposed for inspection instrument equipments. Among them digital secondary instrument is required to be adopted in all inspection instrument equipments. But people now still have different understandings of the concept of secondary instruments,which brings in difficulties to the provision of inspection equipments for vehicle inspection agencies. According to this situation,the author tries to analyze the structural principles of secondary instruments through the explanations in this article,and to propose the thoughts and methods for solving the problem.
