| 摘 要： | 在铸造法制备 Ｓｉ Ｃｐ／ Ａｌ 复合材料过程中， Ｓｉ Ｃ 颗粒不可避免地在高温下与熔融铝接触，发生界面反应，其反应产物直接影响复合材料的性能。本文从界面反应的机理出发，探讨了复合材料制备工艺中的主要参数：温度与时间对界面反应的影响程度和影响规律。

| Abstract: | In the course of processing SiCp/Al composite by casting. SiC particles are inevitably contacted with melting aluminiam and thus interacted with each other on the interface. The products of the interaction will directly offect the properties of the composite. The paper discusses the main parameters in composite processing technology and exposes how the tempreture and time will offect the interface interactions. |
