双相情感障碍及治疗新进展

双相情感障碍是以情感高涨或低落为主要特征，伴有相应认知、行为改变，间歇期精神状态基本正常，临床治疗较为棘手，容易引起躁狂一抑郁的相互转变．近年来非典型抗精神病药维思通和新型抗癫痫药妥泰在治疗双相情感障碍中的应用取得了较好的效果，对它的病因、分类、诊断标准及治疗的新进展做简要综述．

The New Progresses of The Bipolar Affective Disorder and Treatment

Bipolar affective disturbance is characterized by mood elevation or mood depression, along with certain congnitive and behavior changes .During the intermission ,basically normal mental state appears .It is some what difficult to apply the disease to clinical treatment, for mania-depression transfer is easily caused.In the late ten years the sick rate is speeding with the cause of interaction of organism, heredity and social psychology.Recently the application of non-typical?anti-schizophrenia medicine (Risperdal) and new anti-epilepsy medicine (topiramate, topamax) on the treatment of bipolar affective disturbance has achieved good effect.In this article,there is a brief introduction of its causes, classification , diagnosis standards and new further treatment development.
