| 摘 要： | 体育课的成功教授,不但需要教师有全面的理论知识、教学能力,还需要掌握体育运动心理学和学生参加体育活动的心理规律。本文通过对体育课中学生心理表现类型的分析,提出4种实用的教学方法,旨在提高教学质量,圆满地完成教学任务。

| Abstract: | In order to teach well in physical education class, teachers should not only have comprehensive knowledge on theory and good ability of teaching, but also master physical exercise psychology and the psychological regularity that students show in sports activity. Based on the analysis of students' psychological behavior in PE class, this thesis puts forward four practical teaching methods to improve the teaching and then successfully fulfill it. |
