开凿两沙,沙谌运河的初步探讨

摘    要:认为开凿从长江沙市港至汉江沙洋港运河,沟通长江和汉江两大河流,开凿沙洋至谌家矶的沙谌运河,既和三峡工程完工后自重庆至上海直通10000t级船队的航运配套,缩短250km航程,又可通过分期过洪,根本解除长江中游平原的水患威胁,还是中线南水北调工程向汉江下游补偿水量的工程之一,效益巨大,应尽快实施。

Abstract:It is suggested that the canal dug from Shashi Port to Shayang Port links up the Changjiang and the Han River, and the canal dug from Shayang Port to Shenjiaji Port meets the 10 000 t-grade fleets' shipping between Chongqing and Shanghai. The two canals and completed Three Gorge Project shorten the voyage by 250 km. Furthermore, it eliminates the scourge of floods which threaten the middle-lower reach plain of the Changjiang by draining floods at different times. It is one of the attached projects which complement water to lower reach of the Han River in the Middle Route Projent of Water Transfer South to North. Because of its great fenefits, the projects should be implemented as soon as possible.
