| Abstract: | In the field of robot and computer vision,it is necessary to find a non-
contacted measuring method of angle shifting.This paper proposes a new fine
division method for Moller streaks.This method has the advantages of requi-
ring simple hardware and producing high accuracy.Theoretical analyses and
experimental results demonstrate that the method enables a measuring angle
shift system consisting of 14400 lines/circumference circular grating to reach
a measuring accuracy of 0.1". |
