基于C8051F020大电机多通道测温系统的设计

摘    要:针对大电机关键部位温升监测不准确、检测不方便等问题,研究设计了采用数字处理器C8051F020实现对大电机关键部位温升进行可视化、智能化的实时监测系统.设计详细给出了温度采样电路、通道选择电路、V/F转换电路、通讯电路、系统软件设计等设计过程.实验结果表明,该系统测量准确、操作简单、使用方便,完全达到了实际监测要求.可以为大电机长期可靠运行提供保证.

Abstract:The real time monitoring system that functions to visualize and intellectualize the process of temperature rising in the critical parts is studied and finally put into practice with the aid of digital process- ing device C8051F020. It is of great help while inaccurate and inconvenient temperature rising monitoring or something happens to the critical parts of giant motor. The design of this system provides specific information, in the aspects of temperature sampling circuits, passage-optional circuits, V/F switching circuits, communication circuits and the designing process of system software. It is testified after experiments that this system performs well in accurate measuring, simple operating and convinient usage, and it fully meets the need of practical monitoring. As is mentioned above, it can provide a guarantee for the reliable operation of the large motor in the longrun.
