PLC控制多功能自动研磨机研究与设计

摘    要:通过对研磨机功能、工作原理及流程的分析,结合现有研磨机,从而设计出一种新型的PLC控制多功能自动研磨机构,通过工作台进给及工件装夹机构、研磨轮进给及压力控制机构及工作台自动调整机构的创新设计,解决了传统研磨存在加工效率低、加工精度和加工质量不稳定等缺点,提高了研磨技术水平.

Abstract:The paper the existing grinding analyzes the function,working principle and process of the grindi machine,a new multi functional auto matic grinding machine con signed. By improving the feed table and work piece clamping mechanism, the grinding sure contral mechanism,and automatically adjusting work bench mechanism the probl unstable precision and quality are solved,which greatly improves the grinding technol ng machine. Based on trolled by PLC is de- wheel feed and pres ems of low efficiency unstable precision and quality are solved, which greatly improves the grinding technology.
