| 摘 要： | 提出了一个基于WindowsMobile的移动视频监控系统设计方案．介绍了整个视频监控系统的体系结构，讨论了在移动平台上实现视频监控的相关关键技术，重点阐述了移动视频监控系统的实现．测试结果及系统实际应用效果证明了该设计方案的有效性．

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a design scheme of mobile video surveillance system based on Windows Mo： bile. The architecture of the entire video surveillance system is introduced and the key technology for im- plementing the video surveillance on the mobile platforms is discussed. The implement of a wireless mobile video surveillance is the major concern. Experimental results and application effect of the system show the validity of the design scheme. |
