钢铁件直接化学浸镀仿金工艺研究

摘    要:采用化学抛光+化学浸镀仿金工艺组合,研究成功一种新的钢铁件直接化学浸镀仿金工艺,探讨了化学镀仿金液中主要成分硫酸铜、硫酸亚锡、配位剂、稳定剂等及工艺条件温度、施镀时间对仿金层质量的影响,检测了仿金层的相关性能,研究确定的工艺规范如下:8~10g/LSnSO4,1.6~2.0g/LCuS04,10~15g/L配位剂,10~20mL/LH2SO4,10~12mL/L稳定剂XT-08,温度:15~35℃,时间10~15min,所形成的仿金层色泽均匀,达18~22K,装饰效果好,且工艺操作简单,镀液无毒,对环境污染小,且仿金镀液成分简单,操作简便,因而具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Chemical polishing technique is combined with electroless imitation gold plating technique to prepare gold-imitation layer on iron and steel. The effects of plating bath composition and technology con- ditions on gold-imitation layer quality are investigated. It is found that the optimized bath for electroless imitation gold plating is composed of 8~10 g/L SnSO4, 1.6~. 0 g/L CuSO4, 10~15 g/L complexing a- gent, 10~20 mL/L H2SO4 and 10~12 mL/L stabilizer, and the optimized temperature and time are 15~ 35 ℃ and 10~15 min respectively. The resulting gold-imitation layer has uniform color and good decora- tion efficacy. Moreover, the technology has advantages of simple operation, non-toxic bath and little envi- ronmental pollution.
