摘    要:介绍了炉管内壁氧化膜的形成机理,阐述了炉管受热面氧化膜测量的原理及测量过程.并结合工程实例,对采用超声波检测炉管内壁氧化膜厚度的方法进行了介绍.结果表明,炉管氧化皮厚度超声检测对锅炉管道的维护与检测有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:This article explains the forming mechanism of oxide skin in inner wall of boiler tube in the ther- mal power plant, and expounds measuring principle and process of oxide skin in the heated surface. Some engineering applications that the oxide skin thickness of inner wall of boiler tube is measured by the ultrasonic technology are introduced. The results show that the ultrasonic measurement method can he used for inspection and maintenance of boiler tubes.
