关于喷水引纬的动力学问题

近年来我国引进喷水织机几千台.为了深入掌握其性能,开发其品种,本文就喷射装置的动力学问题作了初步分析.文章一、介绍了回转活塞泵及开放型喷嘴;二、阐明了喷射装置动力学分析的基本公式及其解;三、计算举例,并就改变管路阻力、改变喷嘴出口面积、改变弹簧压缩量等因素对喷射流速的变化、流量及喷射时间因素作了分析,提供研究人员及生产上的参考.

DYNAMIC PROBLEMS OF WATER JET WEFT INSERTION

In recent years, China has imported thousands of water jet looms. In order to master their techniques and to develope the variety of products, the dynamic problems of water jet devices has been introduced in this paper briefly. It contents 1. explanation of rotary piston pumps and open jet nozzles. 2. introduction of the fundamental equations of the dynamic analysis for water jet device, and 3. give an example to analyze the speed variation, the rate and time interval for the jet flow with different pipe resistance, cross sectional area of the nozzle outlet,and the spring compressed distance etc. It is used for reference of research workers and in production.
