重庆武陵山片区的公共文化服务供给

重庆武陵山片区的公共文化服务供给,虽然在完善公共文化基础服务设施布局与体系建设、构建区域性非物质文化遗产传承体系和发展特色文化产业3个方面取得了明显的成就,但是仍然存在公共文化服务供给不足且投入渠道单一、公共文化服务基础设施薄弱且利用率低、城乡公共文化服务供给不均衡、公共文化服务队伍专业化水平低和公共文化服务供需关系不协调等突出问题.为了解决这些问题,建议进一步加快构建现代公共文化服务体系、实现公共文化服务供给主体多元化、挖掘与培育地域特色文化和加快公共文化服务人才队伍建设.

Public Cultural Service in Wuling Mountainous Area,Chongqing

In recent years,three aspects of significant achievements in rural public cultural services in Wuling Mountainous Area of Chongqing have been obtained:in the rural public cultural services distribution of facilities and system construction,inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and development of characteristic cultural industries.However,there are still outstanding problems such as single and insufficient input channels,weak and low utilization of infrastructure,uneven urban and rural services,low professional level and inability to adapt to the changing characteristics of rural public cultural needs.It is necessary to construct the modern system of of public cultural service,establish multiple supply bodies,discover and cultivate the outstanding traditional culture of the region with strong characteristics,and foster talents.
