| Abstract: | This paper establishes the reationship of the fractal dimension or alloy film to the Constituent and the component. Then it goes on to explain the two experimental facts; the fractal dimension of Pd-Si alloy film decreases with the increase of the constituent of silicon and that of the nickel-based alloy film changes with the change of the alloy component. |
