秸杆型奶牛日粮矿物质营养水平评价

摘    要:在对淄博地区奶牛营养调查过程中,我们发现秸杆型日粮饲喂的奶牛可能存在矿物质缺乏问题,针对这一问题,我们测定了日粮中钙、磷、铜、锰、铁、锌和奶牛血液中铜、锰、铁、锌元素的浓度,用以评价秸杆型日粮奶牛矿物质营养水平。对测定结果分析表明:①秸杆型奶牛日粮存在矿物质营养不平衡问题,猛、锌元素不足,铁元素过剩。②秸杆型奶牛日粮矿物质营养具有互补作用。③评价秸杆型日粮矿物质营养水平的分析化学手段有待于改进。

Abstract:We studied the mineral deficiency of cow feeding on corn straw. The concentration of calcium, phosphor, copper, manganese, iron, zinc in corn straw and the concentration of copper, manganese, iron, zinc in serum of calves or cow in 3 lactation periods were measured. The result indicated that the dairy straw diet had unbalanced mineral nutrition with deficient manganese, zinc and excessive iron.Mineral nutrition could be compensated by elements in straw; an advanced method is expected to evaluating the mineral nutrition level of dairy straw diet.
