| Abstract: | A simple, systematic method determining the allowed J levels in coupling of equivalent and inequivalent election configurations is given. The method is mastered easily by the undergraduate level,and is simpler,convenient, rapid and accurate. The standards of judging whether deduced results are right or wrong are given. |
