| 摘 要： | 在胶莱人工海河工程的所谓诱人前景背后,实际上存在4个立论误区:低估了征用土地、搬迁移民的规模与工程造价;其海水交换系统缺乏科学理论依据;泥沙淤积航道将无法保证正常航运;将海水引入陆地,存在海水污染土地、污染水资源、污染生态环境等问题。本文从这4个方面质疑了胶莱人工海河工程的科学性和可行性。

| Abstract: | Behind the promising prospect of the artificial sea river that links Jiaohe River and Laihe River,there are four doubtful aspects in its supportive arguments:underestimation of the extent of the required expropriation and the cost of the project;lack of scientific and technological foundation of the seawater exchange system;disruption of normal navigation routes by the alluvials;and pollution of the environment by the seawater led into land. |
