冻结管腐蚀对井壁附加力影响的数值分析

摘    要:以实际矿井为研究背景,采用大型商业软件FLAC3D模拟了冻结管腐蚀对井壁附加力的影响,模拟结果显示,冻结管腐蚀所引起的附加力在底部含水层下部达到最大,在一定时间段内,该值随时间呈近似线性增加的关系.通过该值与底部含水层疏排水引起的竖直附加力的对比分析,冻结管腐蚀给井壁所带来的附加力不能忽视,底部含水层长期疏排水和冻结管腐蚀对井壁破裂均产生影响.

Abstract:Based on the engineering background of actual well,with the numerical simulation method,the paper analyzes the influence on shaft lining vertical additional stress owing to freezing pipe etching.The results of numerical simulation show that the additional stress of shaft lining on bottom of deep aquifer is the largest,and the additional stress approximately displays linear change with etching time in given time segment.In accordance with the contrast analysis on the additional stress owing to freezing pipe etching and drainage of deep aquifer,it can be concluded that the additional stress owing to freezing pipe etching can not be neglected.Shaft lining rupture is the result of coactions between long-term drainage of deep aquifer and freezing pipe etching.
