The Significant Contributions to the West Development of Qian Xuesen's Theory on Knowledge- intensive Grass Industry

Mr.Qian Xuesen has advocated the theory on scientific and systematic development of grass industry and on development of knowledge-intensive grass industry.He has also stressed the key points of the industry in the West Development and that the three issues facing agriculture and husbandry respectively should be settled with new ideas.Under the guidance of Mr.Qian's theory,the grass industry and the husbandry in Inner Mongolia are achieving gradual development,becoming more large-scaled and more strong.
